Lapbands - Free fills for life with a fluoroscopy charge of $130.00. Your transportation and hotel reservation can be arranged through Ready 4A Change but the patient is responsible for the costs.

Down Payment Refund Policy for Ready 4A Change
 

  - Cancellations must be received by Ready 4A Change in writing, email or via fax.
  - Any cancellation thirty (30) or more days before the scheduled procedure will forfeit thirty percent (30%) of the initial down payment plus any additional expenses incurred by Ready 4A Change for the purchase of airline tickets for traveling companions to the client.
  - Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled procedure will result in forfeiture of fifty percent (50%) of the initial down payment plus any additional expenses incurred by Ready 4A Change for airline tickets for traveling companions to the client.
  - The client may reserve the right to use his down payment as a credit towards a future procedure providing the client agrees to deduct from the down payment any incurred expenses by Ready 4A Change for unused client airline travel.
  - Any cancellation that is the result of a death or serious illness will be handled on case by case basis.
