Exercise is always a “Must” to maintain the Weight after Surgery

Exercise after a weight loss surgery is essential for the patient to maintain his/her weight and to keep those extra pounds in the curb, a statement which Christopher Still, director of “Geisinger Obesity Institute” in Pennsylvania strongly agrees with. Whenever we lose the pounds we also lose our muscles. Our muscles are the ones which gauges and takes charge over our metabolism. Engaging in constant proper exercise is the safest way to keep our body mass lean, which would retain the normal metabolism and effectively facilitate weight loss.
