Pineapple Cake Recipe: Weight Loss Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, in juice (not drained)
- 1/2 cup egg substitute (equal to 2 eggs)
Procedure :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the first four ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix pineapple with egg substitute.
- Add to dry ingredients and mix until blended.
- Pour into a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes.

This moist cake does not use any fat. It can be served plain, or with fat-free whipped topping. Cream Cheese Topping is very good on this cake.

This is a fat free cake,which can be eaten by anybody.We can have it with fat free topping with with proper topping.And very easy to bake.
I like pineapple & when in the form of cake , i would love it.The best thing is that its fat free & so the obese can also enjoy this delicious cake.Procedure is so easy that even the lazy one can prepare it.
